I love ducks so when I saw an ad for this umbrella, I knew I needed it. I purchased one and it arrived much faster than I anticipated. I was so excited and I opened it and an eyeball fell off. I reached out to customer service and they were very prompt in replying. I had to send photos to prove the damage and they immediately sent a replacement with no cost to me. The second one also arrived very quickly. I was extra excited when it rained the next morning so I got to use my new umbrella. It was very windy, but my new umbrella held up and I was not worried about it breaking as I have with cheaper umbrellas I have purchased from other sites.
I would highly recommend Original Duckhead for their product and their customer service. I can't wait for another rainy day so I can use it again!
