Never received 5 umbrellas

I cannot actually review these umbrellas because they never arrived. I ordered 5 as stocking stuffers for the holidays and although I reached back out to the company, it seems they’ve never shipped. The tracking indicates “Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item”and hasn’t changed in over 2 weeks. I’m only writing this review because the company emailed me a “how to you like your new umbrellas?” email. I’m sure they’d be a 5 star review if I actually got them. I love the look of these umbrella and was very sad they they never arrived for Christmas.
