Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

Location: Clapham, London (Office-based)

Employment Type: Full-time, 5 days per week, 9am-6pm

Reports to: Supply Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an organised and analytically minded Inventory Coordinator to oversee and

optimise our inventory across multiple regions, working closely with our third-party logistics

(3PL) partners in the EU, USA, and UK. Based in our Clapham, London office, this role is

essential in ensuring smooth fulfilment operations and accurate stock availability on our websites. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and have experience with Shopify, Cin7 Core, and Inventory Planner (knowledge of these platforms is a plus). Reporting to the Supply Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining optimal stock levels, coordinating order fulfilment, and driving efficient inventory management across our multi-region operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management & Control

Monitor and manage inventory levels across multiple regions, ensuring data

accuracy, consistency, and timely updates in our systems.

Ensure accurate stock availability on our websites based on real-time inventory

movements, collaborating closely with 3PL partners to prevent stockouts or

overstock.

 Coordinate with 3PL partners to guarantee efficient and timely order fulfilment,

proactively identifying and resolving any discrepancies.

Order Fulfilment Oversight

Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately by our 3PL

partners, troubleshooting and addressing any fulfilment delays or issues.

Maintain close communication with 3PL teams in the EU, USA, and UK to

optimise the fulfilment process, supporting on-time delivery and customer

satisfaction.

Demand Forecasting & Analysis

Collaborate with the Supply Manager to develop inventory forecasting models

based on historical data, market trends, and upcoming promotions, adjusting

stock levels as needed.

Regularly analyse inventory metrics and reports to identify trends, anticipate

demand, and prevent stock imbalances.

Vendor & 3PL Relationship Management

Serve as the primary contact for 3PL providers, managing relationships to ensure

high service standards and resolving issues effectively.

Conduct regular reviews with 3PL partners to optimise inventory flow, discuss

performance metrics, and implement process improvements as needed.

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain and update inventory records using Excel, Shopify, Cin7 Core, and

Inventory Planner (proficiency in Excel is required; familiarity with Shopify, Cin7

Core, and Inventory Planner is a plus).

Generate, analyse, and present inventory reports on KPIs like stock accuracy,

service levels, stock turn, and website stock availability.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Service, and Finance,

to align inventory availability with demand and forecast needs.

Process Improvement & Optimisation

Identify and implement best practices for inventory tracking, reporting, and

reconciling with 3PL partners to improve accuracy and reduce lead times.

Work proactively to streamline ordering processes, optimise reorder points, and

minimise inventory holding costs.

Key Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics within a

multi-region or multi-3PL setup.

Strong proficiency in Excel is required; experience with Shopify, Cin7 Core, and

Inventory Planner is highly advantageous.

Demonstrated experience in working closely with 3PL providers and managing

outsourced logistics.


Skills & Competencies

Excellent analytical skills, especially in inventory management and demand

forecasting.

Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to

manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with

both external 3PL partners and internal teams.

Ability to work independently with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.



Additional Requirements

Based in or able to commute to Clapham, London, 5 days per week.

In-depth understanding of inventory principles, fulfilment, and stock management

best practices.

B2B Sales Representative – Wholesale & Retail Partnerships

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to grow our wholesale business by securing new retail partners, managing existing accounts, and increasing order volume. You will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with retailers and distributors while ensuring strong relationships and repeat business.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys networking, and is motivated by driving revenue growth.

Negotiate pricing and terms to secure profitable agreements.

Represent the company at trade shows and networking events, generating leads and industry connections.

Provide excellent customer service to wholesale clients, assisting with inquiries and orders.

Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to support wholesale sales initiatives.

Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track leads, sales performance, and client interactions.

 

Qualifications

Required:

1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, wholesale, or account management.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.

Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for sales and networking.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Comfortable with traveling internationally for trade shows and client meetings.

Preferred:

Experience in wholesale, retail partnerships, or corporate sales.

Familiarity with the gifting, accessory, or hospitality industry.

Existing relationships with retailers or distributors are a plus.

● 2+ years of professional copywriting experience
● Proven portfolio of multilingual writing samples
● Understanding of potential cultural nuances across French/Mandarin or Spanish
speaking regions that might affect the copywriting
● Experience with SEO is ideal but not required
