Belle qualité mais couleur décevante

Parapluie de belle qualité mais je suis déçue par la couleur qui n'est pas celle présentée sur le site. Le parapluie "denim" qui est bleu sur les photos est en fait gris clair, y compris le bec du canard. Je vais donc le retourner.

Fabulously sustainably recycled umbrella at last

purchased for rain or shine - so far only used for sun. Great opening-closing action; and waste recycling benefits I was unaware of when purchasing. And the design options put the fun in using umbrellas

Highly recommended for the product and for customer service

I love ducks so when I saw an ad for this umbrella, I knew I needed it. I purchased one and it arrived much faster than I anticipated. I was so excited and I opened it and an eyeball fell off. I reached out to customer service and they were very prompt in replying. I had to send photos to prove the damage and they immediately sent a replacement with no cost to me. The second one also arrived very quickly. I was extra excited when it rained the next morning so I got to use my new umbrella. It was very windy, but my new umbrella held up and I was not worried about it breaking as I have with cheaper umbrellas I have purchased from other sites.
I would highly recommend Original Duckhead for their product and their customer service. I can't wait for another rainy day so I can use it again!
