Warranty

Terms and conditions

This warranty applies to all umbrellas purchased directly from our website or from authorized retailers.

The warranty is valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

For umbrellas purchased outside of our website, warranty registration is mandatory.

To register your product for warranty, please visit our warranty page and provide the following information:

  •    Your email address
  •    Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

Warranty registration must be completed within 30 days of purchase.

The warranty covers:

  •    Manufacturing defects
  •    Faults in materials
  •    Defects in workmanship

The warranty does not cover:

  •    Accidental damage
  •    Misuse or abuse of the umbrella
  •    Snapped shafts
  •    Scratches or paint chips on the beak and handle
  •    Broken handles
  •    Structural damage caused by use in high winds (strong gusts can still cause damage, so use with care)
  • Loss or theft

Any damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions provided with the umbrella.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team through our website or via the email address provided in your warranty registration confirmation.

You will be required to provide:

  •    Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
  •    A description of the defect
  •    Photographs of the defect

Upon review of your claim, we may require the defective product to be sent to us for further inspection. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions for the return process.

If your warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion we will replace the defective umbrella.

If a replacement is provided, the warranty coverage will continue from the original date of purchase. 

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

This warranty does not cover any consequential or incidental damages.

The warranty does not extend to any third-party accessories or products used in conjunction with our umbrellas.

All umbrellas sent have undergone extensive testing and quality control to ensure they meet our high standards.
