i live in NYC and had lost about 4 umbrellas from pharmacies or bodegas to wind/weather. i figured that i was already paying $25 for a cheap, bland umbrella so i justified the additional cost of these umbrellas for the style, and kept my fingers crossed it wouldn't break quickly. i wanted an umbrella that could last but brought something to my outfits - classic but with added personality. i always wear a splash of color and was really drawn to the red.
i get so many compliments AND after 3 months it's held up wonderfully to the NYC rain and wind (a surprisingly big feat) 🥹❤️ honestly one of my favorite accessories, it always makes me smile on a rainy day! WORTH THE PRICE, coming from a grad student lol.
