Popsicle Blue Ultra Compact Mini Umbrella

This is the ONE thing shes been asking for, a coveted Duck Umbrella. Unfortunately the fullsized lavender umbrella she wanted was out of stock so I ordered the bundle of 3 minis because they were pastel and little did I know it would be such a hurdle.
Initially, even though my card was charged, the ordered umbrellas were never was sent, saying my delivery address was missing. Odd, because normally a company wont process an order with a complete address. No email to me whatsoever until I inquired about the package whereabouts--nothing. I had to track down the order but the company did finally send the order.
The umbrellas were sent and arrived but it wasn't what she wanted. The colors were lovely, however, WHERE ARE THE DUCK HANDLES??? It was disappointing to find just 3 very plain mini umbrellas and none with the duck that she coveted so much.

Will be returning in hopes that maybe she'll receive something that sparks joy and not just 3 plain, underwhelming mini umbrellas.

Super disappointing.
